If the consent is legally necessary for the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given or the subsequent processing of the same data, based on another legal basis, such as the fulfillment of the contract or the legal obligation to which the Company is subject.
The Company may use third parties to provide certain services within the scope of its activity. Sometimes, the provision of these services implies the access, by these entities, to the personal data of our Customers. If this happens, the Company takes appropriate measures to ensure that the entities that have access to the data are reputable and offer guarantees regarding this, which shall be duly defined and safeguarded in a contract entered into between the Company and the third party.
