No. Pickup and return of the scooter/motorcycle will have to be within business hours: 9am-1pm; 3pm-7pm.
Cancellation of your booking is free, however, if you have booked through an operator, you should consult their cancellation policy.
We don't ask for a deposit.
The customer must return the motorcycle/scooter with the same amount of fuel with which it was delivered.
The payment can be in cash, credit card (we do not accept American Express), and debit card when signing the car rental agreement.
We deliver and pick up the scooter/motorcycle at your hotel, in the centre of Funchal, as requested at the time of the booking request, free of charge, and subject to availability.
We deliver and pick up the scooter/motorcycle at your hotel, outside of Funchal, as requested at the time of the booking request, for 35€ per way.
Scooters/motorcycles are not delivered or collected directly at the airport. When selecting the delivery at the airport, a car transfer will be made from the airport to our store, where the rental contract will be signed. If you choose to return at the airport, then you will have to return the scooter/motorbike to our store and from there we will transfer you to the airport by car.
There are two insurances available, Liability Insurance and Third Party Insurance
This is medical expense insurance for the driver. The cost is €3/day (optional).
After the rental of the scooter/motorcycle, if you want to cancel rental days, it is possible, however, we do not refund the amount of the remaining days previously contracted.
